Annual Income Ranges $55k-120k
Job Responsibilities
- Install and perform maintenance on plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments.
- Install, repair, and service water, gas, and sewer systems.
- Repair and replace damaged plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, showers, and water heaters.
- Document the cost of repairs and provide written estimates to customers prior to beginning work.
- Adhere to all plumbing codes, installation requirements, local regulations, and company protocols.
- Communicate professionally and show up to work maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience at every client interaction.
- Utilize protective equipment as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Plumber who can provide an exemplary service experience for our clients. Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in plumbing with knowledge of installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting issues.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Self-starting personality who can work as part of a team.
- Flexible scheduling availability (may include nights and weekends).
- Proficiency speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in extreme work environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in tight spaces.
- Proficiency with technical equipment and plumbing systems.
