I could not recommend this company enough! Years ago, my husband and I had Intelligent Design install our HVAC system. We were so thrilled with the level of expertise and professionalism that we decided to purchase their Diamond Club Membership to have routine HVAC tune-ups. A few years later, we had a different issue with roots growing in our main plumbing line. Luckily, Intelligent Design does plumbing as well! They promptly had a technician come over and clear the main line for us at a reasonable price. That brings us to today. We needed a new water heater installed because the one we had was not up to code and needed replacing. I want to give a special shout-out to Jared Smith, the technician who came out to do the inspection and the installation. He took the time to educate us on the issues he found and was transparent about options and pricing.
