Inspection: The initial stage involves a thorough inspection of the pipe using advanced CCTV technology. This allows the team to assess the extent of the damage and plan the repair accordingly.
Cleaning: Once the initial inspection is complete, the pipe is cleaned using hydro jetting or mechanical methods. This step ensures that the liner can adhere properly to the existing pipe’s interior.
Lining Preparation: A felt liner, saturated with a special two-part epoxy resin, is prepared. This liner is then inserted into the pipe and maneuvered to the area needing repair.
